Project # 1 for Prefinals - World Literature

Aesop's Comic Book

1. Make a comic book on the Aesop’s fable assigned to you.

2. Create your comic book by using Microsoft Publisher or any application which you are more familiar with.

3. Pages: minimum – 6; maximum – 10 (including front and back cover)

4. Page size – Customize your page to 7” x 8.5” – portrait

5. Minimum Font size: if you’re using Arial – font size should at least be 12, if you’re using Times New Roman – font size should at least be 13.

6. Front cover should contain graphics about your fable, the title, your name, section and the date of submission

7. Back cover should indicate the reference materials you used like, the link of the website you used to get a copy of the fable, or the bibliographic entry of a book, the application that you used, others.

8. Put a number on each page.

9. Avoid writing too long dialogues / speeches on the speech bubbles.

10. You can either submit your work electronically or submit a printed copy of your work. If submitting electronically, send your work to theay_13@yahoo.com. Save your file in this format: your full name_title of your fable_semester_school year

11. Criteria for grading:
- 10 pts Full colored scenes, illustrations, and background
- 5 pts illustrated cover page
- 15 pts Storyline (plot, action, dialogue) of comic book
- 30 pts Total

12. Submission: February 16, 2011 until 5pm only
